Club Times
We play from 5:30pm until 10:30pm. So get there from 5:30pm to help setup, and we try to close down by 10:30pm.
New Players
Let us know through our Facebook group if you are new or looking for an introduction game, or simply have any questions. One of our members will be happy to welcome you and walk you through your first game(s).
Arranging a Game or Booking a Table
Post on our Facebook group if you are looking to arrange a game or find people interested in playing something in particular. We typically have 7x 4’x4′ tables available for pickup games with 2-3x larger 6’x4′ tables all are available to reserve on a first come first serve basis.
Club Fees
Your first session is FREE. So come along and see how you like it without any commitment.
For an evening of tabletop gaming the fees are as follows:
- £5.00 for non members
- £4.00 for members
This fee covers the rent of the space and contributes to ongoing club costs.
Club Membership
Club membership costs only £10 a year. As a non-profit club membership gives you an equal stake in the club and how it is run. We use membership fees to help protect us from any shortfall from weekly fees in quiet periods and any surplus is invested back into the club.
Renewal of membership will be required at the beginning of each membership period to retain membership.
Pickup Games
If you want to play Warhammer 40k then we offer 800 point pickup games every week. Just turn up with your army and we’ll find you a suitable matchup. There are typically 7x 4’x4′ tables available for these games.
Junior Members
Junior members are welcome but for club nights anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. In the absence of a responsible adult The Club reserves the right to refuse admission.
For this and the general atmosphere of the club. Extreme swearing is discouraged – no matter how badly cursed your dice rolls are that evening.
COVID-19
We always maintain a healthy space between tables and encourage all attendees to take appropriate precautions and follow current government guidelines. For anyone concerned we encourage all our members to ask or prompt others with your own preferences.
If you have COVID we ask you don’t attend until you are feeling better!
